The tea is washed and filtered. Masoor dal is grinded. It is mixed in Tisi. Salt, turmeric powder, carom seeds, mangarella, cumin powder and red chili powder are added. After this salt is added according to taste. It is mixed well. Take a plate and then a big ie small size is made on it. It is dried in strong sunlight. After this it is filtered in oil.
