Cinnamon sticks or Dalchini is a highly delicious spice, which is obtained from the inner bark of several trees, from the genus Cinnamomum, that is used in both sweet and savoury foods. They are also referred to as “Cassia”, to distinguish them from “true cinnamon”. These are 100% Natural and hand-picked, cleaned and packed by our farmers.

Use: It is used in cookery as a condiment and flavouring material. It is also used in dessert recipes, tea, and coffee.
